This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Vis Pre-surgery mobile app (“App”), collectively the “Site”.  As used in this Policy, “we”, “us”, “our” and “company” refers to TM Nutrition LLC.

Vis Pre-surgery (a product of TM Nutrition LLC) believes that your privacy is very important and is committed to ensuring its safety. Read the following to learn all about our privacy policy.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  • “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often
    include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and

  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP
    address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and
    date/time stamps. 
  • “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, request information, or respond to promotions, offers or programs, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (e.g. credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”


HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you;
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with
    information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), to direct advertising (e.g. retargeting), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


Third-Party Pixels and Cookies:
Our site uses a third-party service to match browser cookies to your mailing address. We then use another company to send special offers through the mail on our behalf. Our company never receives or stores any of this information and our third parties do not provide or sell this information to any other company or service. When you visit our website, log in, register or open an email, cookies, ad beacons, and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with information they or others have about you, including your email address. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses.


SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties who help us provide and improve the services on the Site and as necessary to support our internal business operations. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site–you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.   We will never sell or rent your personal information, provided that we reserve the right to transfer your Personal Information in connection with any sale, merger, investment transaction or re-organization of all or a portion of the Company.


Shopify:
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.


Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.


CERTAIN ADDITIONAL RIGHTS TO MANAGE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

In some jurisdictions you may have the right to request: (i) access to your personal data; (ii) an electronic copy of your personal data (a right of ‘data portability’); (iii) correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate; or (iii) deletion or restriction of your personal data where provided by applicable law. Where you have given your consent to us to process your personal data we have obtained you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We care about the security of your information, and accordingly, we use a variety of
technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to maintain the safety of your personal data.  However, despite our efforts, no website or internet-connected service or device is completely secure or “hacker proof.”   Please proceed with care when sharing your personal data anywhere on the Internet.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
MINORS
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have personal information on a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information from our systems.
CHANGES
