• professional sales channel, and/or web site related selling to licensed healthcare professionals (ND,DMD, OD, MD, DO, DC, DOM, PharmD, APRN) or patients who are screened by a licensed healthcare professional. 
• tax exemption certificate. Without that, we are legally obligated to charge tax on applicable items. The name on the certificate should match the company name associated with your account.
